We understand that people have different health cover needs and these can vary according to age and lifestyle.
ANZ Health offers you affordable health cover with a fresh range of options to suit different needs.
We offer a range of features and benefits, designed to help you save on quality cover.
If you go to hospital and your doctor or specialist charges more than the Government Schedule Fee, it's up to you to pay the 'gap'. But with our Ezyclaim system, your doctor or specialist agrees with us the fee charged for services and to bill us directly, so in most cases there's no gap and you don't even see a bill.
On top of your hospital cover, you'll receive benefits for recognised emergency-only ambulance transport services and on-the-spot treatment, capped per calendar year at one trip for single memberships and two trips for single parent and couples or family memberships (please note that coverage for Ambulance varies in each state).
An excess is an amount you agree to pay the hospital toward the cost of a hospital admission – which in turn can help reduce your premium. An excess is payable for overnight or same day hospital admissions, capped per calendar year at $500 for singles and $1000 for single parents and families*
This gives you one (for single or single parent memberships) or two (for family memberships) excess-free overnight or same day admissions to hospital each calendar year and is available on selected covers.
See the documents below for more product and price information in each state.

* An excess on your hospital cover means you pay a lower premium by agreeing to contribute an amount (the excess) towards the cost of any hospital stay. You can choose from covers with $200, $300, $400 and $500 excesses, depending on your needs and budget.
